FP SHIELD UV 100 - 100% SOLID UV RESISTANT EPOXY

FP Shield UV 100 is a two-component, 100% solids, UV-resistant epoxy coating designed for concrete flooring systems where improved color stability and resistance to ultraviolet exposure are required. Its self-leveling formula creates a smooth, seamless, high-gloss surface with excellent adhesion and resistance to moisture, wear, and common chemicals.

FP Shield UV 100 can be installed as a clear or solid-color coating or combined with metallic pigments for decorative flooring applications.

• Components: 2 gallons Part A and 1 gallon Part B
• Mix Ratio: 2A:1B
• Coverage: Approximately 200 sq. ft. per gallon at 8 mils
• Recommended Thickness: 6-8 mils as a primer or 8-12 mils as a finish coat
• Gel Time: Approximately 50-60 minutes at 77°F
• Recoat Over Primer at 68°F: 12-48 hours
• Second-Coat Window at 68°F: 24-48 hours
• Recoat Over Primer at 86°F: 6-24 hours
• Second-Coat Window at 86°F: 16-24 hours
• Foot Traffic: 24 hours at 68°F or 16 hours at 86°F
• Light Traffic: 3 days at 68°F or 2 days at 86°F
• Full Cure: 7 days at 68°F or 5 days at 86°F
• Finish Options: Clear, solid color, or metallic high-gloss finish
