Water-Based Polyurethane is a two-component protective coating designed for properly prepared concrete and compatible polymer flooring systems. It creates a durable, easy-to-maintain surface with excellent adhesion and resistance to abrasion, chemicals, water, and ultraviolet exposure.
Available in Gloss, Satin, and Matte, this low-odor coating is ideal for commercial, institutional, healthcare, educational, retail, residential, and light-industrial interiors where long-lasting protection and appearance are important.

• Mix Ratio: 5A:1B
• Coverage: Approximately 250-400 sq. ft. per gallon
• Recommended Thickness: 4-6 mils
